A company is looking for an Associate Dean & Director, Creative
Impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage P&L with a focus on contribution margins and student
growth
Oversee program management and marketing for new and revised
educational programs
Lead a diverse team and foster a culture of continuous improvement
and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant area from an accredited
institution
Five years of experience in a similar design and product ownership
role
Experience in higher education, particularly in online education
programs
Expertise in developing curriculum and/or high-stakes
assessments
Proven success in leading change management efforts
