information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them
forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to
provide an organized and efficient sales process Understanding
client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales
opportunities Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales
metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely
fashion Negotiate and effectively communicate details between
sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Follow
scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team
prides itself on Team and individual sales Lead generation Set
appointments Close appointments Database and CRM Mastery Close
sales Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: Familiarity with CRM
and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems
quickly Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive

develop new sales opportunities A real estate license is required
