Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to drive sales
strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive sales strategy in collaboration with Sales
Leadership and the CRO
Ensure strategic alignment across go-to-market efforts, including
PLG and outbound sales
Drive operational rigor in sales processes and collaborate with
cross-functional teams on growth priorities
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or
Strategic GTM roles in high-growth SaaS
Hands-on experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions and
consumption-based business models
Expertise in Excel, BI platforms, and strong understanding of SQL
for data analysis
Strong grasp of Salesforce and GTM metrics to influence
outcomes
Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and
outcomes
