Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Agent to manage the deal
execution lifecycle for critical customers.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage quote generation and approval workflows in
Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
Coordinate contract drafting, redlines, and signature workflows
with legal teams
Analyze deal cycle analytics and create dashboards to identify
bottlenecks and recommend automations
Required Qualifications
Experience implementing or administering Configure Price Quote
(CPQ) systems, particularly with Salesforce
Background in finance or legal operations in a fast-paced
environment
Proven ability to reduce deal cycle times through process
optimizations or automation
Hands-on experience with configuring and maintaining CPQ rulesets
and approval workflows
Ability to balance business, financial, and legal priorities in
decision-making
