Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Sales and Support Specialist
(Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on
their insurance needs
Provide personalized customer care experience via multiple channels
including phone, email, and chat
Utilize the policy management system to perform transactions such
as policy changes and corrections
Required Qualifications
1 - 2 years of call center experience interacting with
prospects/customers
Licensed Insurance Producer, or must obtain license within 8 weeks
of employment (training provided)
People-focused orientation with a passion for continuous
learning
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
