Datto, the world's leading provider of IT solutions delivered through managed service providers, is looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join a growing team. The Sales Training Coordinator will help coordinate sales enablement and training for various sales teams across Datto. You will manage sales communications, sales intranet sites, and sales enablement platform (Seismic). You will report to the Director, Sales Enablement - Content and Tools. Does This Describe You: You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player. A Look Inside the Job: * Coordinate with sales enablement managers to determine sales support and training * Logistically support training sessions and activities (webinars, in class, through LMS, mentoring, or on-the-job) * Collaborate with other departments in the creation and distribution of sales communications including newsletters/channels * Manage sales enablement platform (Seismic) to include content upload, organization and user training * Gather feedback through surveys in relations to enablement offerings, compiling and disseminating results * Support sales bootcamps and ongoing sales training sessions * Manage courses and programs on the LMS platform About You: * Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, Communications, or related field * 1+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement/training * Expertise in at least one mainstream Learning Management System (LMS) * Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and their GSuite equivalents) * Excellent communication and project coordination skills * Bonus: familiarity with a sales enablement platform (Seismic, HighSpot, Showpad) Note: We are looking only for candidates willing to join us directly as W2 employees (No 3rd party candidates) At Datto, we believe our employees are our greatest asset and offer all full-time employees a wide-ranging benefits package, including: * Comprehensive health-care benefits * Flexible paid time off policy * Charity match program * Education reimbursement * And more!
