A company is looking for a Producer Commissions Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for producers regarding
commission inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information
Oversee the administration of producer commissions programs,
including calculation, processing, and reconciliation of commission
payments
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commission
processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
2 or more years of experience in insurance or financial services
(Preferred)
Experience with commission processing and producer relationship
management
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of degree
No supervisory responsibilities for this position
