Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Data Analyst responsible for
reporting and analytical project management in the Quality, Risk
and Regulatory Management department.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and analyzes complex systems, reports, dashboards, and Key
Performance Indicators to support management decision-making
Assembles data from multiple sources to identify trends and
variability in clinical operations
Builds SQL views, tables, and stored procedures for data management
and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in healthcare, business, IT, or equivalent work
experience
Three to five years of analytics-related experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel and Access
Experience with external comparative databases and relational
databases
Proficiency in SQL for table, view, and stored procedure creation
and manipulation
