Job Description:
A technology organization is seeking a Telecommute IT Helpdesk
Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Performing new user workstation installations, configurations,
upgrades, and basic repairs
Providing support for email, hosted applications, desktop, system,
and network problems
Self-identifying areas of improvement related to process and
technology
Qualifications Include:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, help desk,
network support position
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint, SSO, Identity Management
(ie: Okta)
Experience in supporting remote users with Apple, Microsoft, and
Android devices
Experience with help desk ticketing systems
Plain language verbal and written communication skills for end-user
interaction and ticket documentation
