We are seeking to hire an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to support our annual inventory project and re-issue computer deployment. The Help Desk Support Specialist will document existing and new computer equipment. We are seeking candidates who can work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Fridays.1-3+ years' experience doing laptop/desktop builds and refreshes 2+ years' experience supporting the following applications and technologies preferred:Antivirus Microsoft Exchange/Outlook: Creating rulesMicrosoft Excel: understanding Macros and formulasInternet Explorer, Chrome, HTML, Win install, internet/intranet support issuesHelp Desk Incident Management SoftwareRemote control toolsGood working knowledge of the Windows OS and Desktop productivity tools such as MS Office requiredAbility to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writingOther Responsibilities:Ability to utilize smartphones to update AIMS and complete assignments.Follow all department and company policies and procedures.Strive to exceed client needs.by Jobble
