Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disclosing-Opening Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Disclosure-Opening team with daily activities and
inquiries
Train and mentor new employees while ensuring workflow meets
service level agreements
Act as a backup to the Disclosure-Opening Manager and communicate
with associates regarding file clarifications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in a team lead or management role
Proficiency in Encompass 360
General knowledge of loan products and processes
Strong organizational and project management skills
