Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Support Specialist to assist
with day-to-day tasks critical for the performance of their Partner
Pharmacy network.
Key Responsibilities
Review and respond to internal escalation requests
Perform data entry and process requests for major partners
Contact partners to resolve issues affecting client/patient/partner
experiences
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in pharmacy technician or external
administrative support
Prior pharmacy technician experience is a bonus
Ability to manage daily and weekly tasks independently
Experience working with external clients/partners
Familiarity with G-Suite applications for collaboration in a remote
environment
