A company is looking for a Product Support Lead.



Key Responsibilities:

Work with technical support team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Partner with the Product team to identify functionality improvements
Transition product releases to the Customer Support Team and conduct problem investigations


Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, I.T. or related field
One year of experience in a computer software professional position
Experience in technical support, Root Cause Analysis, and data analysis
Proficiency in languages such as SQL, HTML, and XML
Familiarity with Service Management tools like Sales Force and Jira
