As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be:-Assisting in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.-Creating invoices and submitting to customers according to company practices.-Maintaining and updating customer files.-Creating reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.-Assisting Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.-Performing other related duties as assigned.Required Job Skills:-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs-Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:-High school diploma or equivalent required-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting PREFERRED-At least two years of related experienceAppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
