What You Will Do • Handle a mix of business and entertainment litigation • Draft law & motion • Discovery • Take and defend depositions • Handle appearances • Trial preparation What You’ll Need: • 3 years of civil litigation experience as a licensed California Attorney, with some of that experience in commercial litigation • Juris Doctor from a Top 155 law school.
