Role Type Staff Attorney (Real Estate) Temporary or Temp-to-Hire
Required Qualifications Admission to the California Bar (active and
in good standing) Minimum of 3 years of real estate law experience
Substantial experience in real estate finance transactions Strong
background in title and survey review Demonstrated ability to draft
and negotiate: Loan documents Real estate transactional documents
Experience managing and facilitating real estate closings Ability
to work efficiently with minimal onboarding Skills Excellent legal
drafting, writing, and analytical skills High attention to detail
and strong organizational skills Strong verbal and interpersonal
communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters
simultaneously and work with multiple stakeholders Work Location &
Schedule Los Angeles-based role Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per
week Compensation Temporary hourly rate: $83 - $110 per hour Equal
