Job Description:
A company is looking for an Immigration Attorney to assist with
Non-Immigrant Visas.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with a large volume of Non-Immigrant Visa applications
Provide legal support and guidance in business immigration
matters
Manage case files and maintain compliance with immigration
regulations
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience practicing business immigration
Experience with Non-Immigrant Visas is highly preferred
Active bar admission in any US state
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) remotely
Availability to start ASAP, ideally by May 6th
