Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Counsel to provide legal
guidance across various product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal advisor to Product and Engineering teams
throughout the product development lifecycle
Lead and coordinate the review of new product features with
Information Security, Privacy, and compliance functions
Draft, review, and negotiate product-related agreements and develop
scalable processes to support rapid product development
Required Qualifications
JD degree
5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably as product
counsel at a technology company
California bar admission in good standing or Registered In-House
counsel status
Experience in data privacy regulations, industry compliance
standards, or commercial contracts is a plus
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
