Job Description:
Are you a passionate, self-starting Program Manager interested
in facilitating Alpha, Beta, and Delta testing for products
designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods? Ring is looking for a
Program Manager that is customer obsessed, has a bias for action,
and wants to learn and be curious. You will join the Ring Insights
Team in supporting our product team in managing highly successful
Alpha, Beta, and Delta tests that bring new products to market. Key
job responsibilities Managing multiple (cross-functional or
technical and non-technical) stakeholder groups each week. Build
weekly detailed reports around feedback, survey results, and
metrics captured during testing. Ability to take action and
ownership of situations with minimal guidance. Monitor backend
metrics for programs assigned. Correlate backend metrics with
tester feedback to identify trends. Manage multiple
project/programs simultaneously. Create test plans for Alpha, Beta,
and Delta Programs. Create test cases with the Product Managers for
the users to go through during the testing phase. Create end of
week reports for stakeholder for all assigned programs. Attend
weekly business reviews to review programs assigned with
leadership. Work with the logistics team to ship product for
assigned programs. About the team The Ring Insights organization,

(Alpha / Beta Testing), UX Research, User Acceptance Testing. Our
team functions are built to assess a product or experience with a
360 degree perspective, ensuring we are meeting our customers needs
through leveraging research and data. Key job responsibilities *
Drive simultaneous Alpha and Beta testing programs encompassing
hardware, firmware, software, and mobile applications * Collaborate
with Product Management to gain deep product knowledge and create
targeted test scenarios and user feedback surveys * Strategically
recruit and manage global test participants to ensure diverse
representation across target markets and user personas * Monitor
and optimize worldwide tester engagement while ensuring consistent
device connectivity and participation across all regions * Generate
data-driven insights by analyzing survey results, user feedback,
issue patterns, and feature suggestions to measure against product
metrics and KPIs * Synthesize historical product data and customer
service trends with current program feedback to identify patterns,
implement solutions, and proactively prevent recurring issues *
Perform comprehensive QA validation of pre-release firmware and app
builds, conducting thorough internal testing before deploying new
hardware or features to testers * Coordinate seamlessly with
worldwide stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple
time zones * Maintain strict compliance with Amazon's Prototype
Security protocols and Trade Compliance regulations * Monitor and
assess competitive landscape, market dynamics, and emerging
industry trends to advocate on behalf of the customer * Partner
strategically with worldwide shipping teams to establish clear
delivery timelines, provide early tracking information, and
maintain efficient communication channels, ensuring test products
reach global participants by target in-hand dates for synchronized
program launch A day in the life Your day kicks off by attending a
stand-up with your global team, presenting updates on tester
engagement, device performance, and program milestones. In the
morning, you dive into the planning phase of a new trial, refining
objectives and timelines while collaborating with Product
Management to establish success metrics. You update the risk
mitigation strategy in response to recent feedback. After lunch,
you shift to execution mode. You coordinate with the logistics team
on the latest hardware distribution schedule and work with
developers to address an emerging issue in the test app deployment.
You then lead a cross-functional meeting to ensure alignment
between Product and Technical Program Management teams. In the
afternoon, you focus on monitoring and driving ongoing trials. You
analyze device performance data through Tableau dashboards, track
engagement metrics, and review the latest survey results. You
identify a potential risk and quickly adjust resource allocation to
mitigate it. Before wrapping up, you update project timelines in
Jira, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into the latest
progress. You also refine the program documentation in Confluence,
maintaining a clear audit trail of decisions and changes.
Throughout the day, you've balanced strategic thinking with
hands-on problem-solving, adapting to changing requirements while
keeping a keen eye on quality standards and compliance
requirements. Your ability to navigate the dynamic nature of
research initiatives while applying structured program management
methodologies has been key to driving the project forward. As you
log off, you feel satisfied knowing that your efforts are directly
contributing to informed product development decisions that will

data. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3 years of program or project
management experience - 3 years of developing program strategies
and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders
experience - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g.,
pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF
formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience using
data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience
working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams -
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics,
mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience - PMP

the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base
pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest
geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic
market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
