Job Description:

A property and casualty insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Agile Data and Analytics Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Leading, growing and supporting team to optimize and drive software development
Leading the company in establishing and executing an Agile Roadmap
Strategically addressing cross-segment productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the team goals and deliverables
Position Requirements Include:

15+ years of related experience in software development including project management and business analysis
Technical background
Broad knowledge of software development techniques, processes, methods and best practices
Ability to discuss, articulate and simplify technology to non-technical audiences
