A company is looking for a Manager, US Payroll to oversee
payroll operations and ensure compliance with legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely employee
payments
Conduct payroll audits and ensure compliance with local legal
regulations
Lead payroll project management and team development
initiatives
Required Qualifications
8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
3 to 5 years of experience managing or supervising employees
Strong knowledge of multi-location payrolls and taxes
Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
Preferred certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
