A company is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent to
provide first-level support to customers and Field Service
Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, upselling products and services
to clients
Resolve customer-related issues and concerns effectively
Manage accounting and invoice-related issues
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
Ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate
databases
Experience with standard office equipment
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Availability to work any assigned shift in a 24/7 environment
