Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medication management including ordering lab tests, selecting therapy regimens, and managing adverse drug events. Verify chemotherapy orders and protocols to ensure accuracy, appropriate dosing, and patient safety. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, managing chemotherapy side effects, and improving medication adherence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during clinical rounds to optimize oncology treatment decisions. Participate in clinical trials and manage investigational oncology drugs. Develop and implement institutional oncology protocols and guidelines. Qualifications / Desired Experience: PharmD or BS in Pharmacy. Ability to obtain a California pharmacist license. Completion of a PGY2 oncology residency or fellowship, OR PGY1 plus 3 years clinical oncology specialist experience, OR 5 years as a clinical oncology specialist. Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) preferred. Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift.
