Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Medical Laboratory
Scientist/ Clinical Laboratory Scientist to support our client’s
medical facility based in San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. This is a
Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way
to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Location
: San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 Note: California CSL State license
required Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 3pm-1130pm. (40hrs/week) Pay
Range: $48- $55.50/hr (Offered pay rate will be based on education,
experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years
of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex clinical tests and ensure accurate result
reporting. Prepare reagents and evaluate new testing materials.
Perform equipment maintenance, calibrations, and quality control.
Monitor specimen acceptability and review test results for critical
values. Provide training and supervision for unlicensed staff.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Medical Technology or related field.
Licensure: Current California CLS license. Experience: 0-3 years in
a laboratory setting. Note: Speciality in Chemistry Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong typing skills, automation
experience a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 1-25 lbs
frequently and perform repetitive tasks. Must have good eye-hand
coordination and be able to sit/stand for extended periods.
Additional Details: Must have reliable transportation. Available to
work scheduled shifts punctually. *Offered pay rate will be based
