MindPath Care Centers, a part of Community Psychiatry, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our progressive mental health services team. You will be responsible for providing specialized psychiatric care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting, focusing on therapy and medication management. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of psychiatric conditions and treatments, as well as a compassionate approach to dealing with young patients and their families. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents Develop and carry out treatment plans, which may include medication management and psychotherapy Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to ensure optimal patient care Guide and support patients and their families towards achieving stable mental health Maintain patient records and protect all patient information according to privacy laws Strong understanding of psychiatric disorders in children and adolescents Expertise in pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy for young populations Ability to manage complex patient cases Strong interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certified or board eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Valid state medical license
