Notes:-Modules are required to be done before start of assignment.
Modules take on average 6 hours to complete.- Unit: Cath Lab is
combined IR/ Cardiac/ Neuro- Shift: 8 hour days (variable start
times)- Call Required: one evening a week and every fourth weekend-
Required License: California Radiology License- Required
Certifications: BLS, Fluoro, ACLS Preferred - System: Siemens and
Phillips angio equipment Merge Hemo CVIS Cancellation can cancel up
to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that
are less than 13 Charting BSN License to Trauma Level: Care Shift
