ENT Opening in Victorville, CALocation:Victorville, CA Full-time opportunity Position Overview: Full-time Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) position Monday Friday schedule (8 AM 5 PM) with no weekends Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults Newly established specialty within the group opportunity to build and shape the ENT practice and service line Board Certification in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery preferredCompensation & Benefits: Base salary: $500,000 $600,000 (negotiable) Production bonus (50% of collections) Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance Health insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to the provider 401(k) retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice insurance coverageLocation Perks: Situated approximately 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA Offers flexibility and autonomy within a supportive multi-specialty medical group Estimated pay range/amount is $317,000 to $586,000.
