Channel XF Manager (5 - 7 years experience)Please note, this is a hybrid position in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday are remote.The Channel XF Manager will develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that aim to generate awareness, increase acquisition, and drive engagement for our services and products. They will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business teams. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization. In addition to monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity and identifying issues, this individual will also be responsible for optimizing program performance through A/B testing and experimentation. They will identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, increase operational efficiency, and further develop internal platform features. They will also contribute to a knowledge base of articles, best practices, and playbooks that serve as a repository for training resources.

• Work cross-functionally with teams including Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business.
• Serve as the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, thinking strategically, implementing flawlessly, and collaborating effectively in a global organization.

• Contribute to a knowledge base of articles, best practices, and playbooks as training resources.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $57 per hour.
