Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Internal
Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize internal communication channels to ensure clarity
and engagement
Partner with leadership to craft executive communications and
manage change initiatives
Develop and promote the Employer Value Proposition to enhance
employer branding and attract talent
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in employer branding, internal
communications, or HR marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS
Proven ability to partner with C-suite and cross-functional
teams
Expertise in employer branding platforms and data-driven
decision-making
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and
presentations
Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related
field preferred, or equivalent experience
