A company is looking for a Global VP of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance
satisfaction, retention, and growth
Oversee customer success operations, improving efficiencies through
streamlined systems and processes
Champion the voice of the customer and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive product and service development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred
10+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the SaaS
Cyber Security or adjacent industry
Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention,
and growth
Strong leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
Experience with data-driven decision-making and strong business
acumen
