Description RN MDS Case Manager at Providence Mount St. Vincent
The TC Case Management Nurse fulfills the Mission of Providence
Health & Services in working with patients, families, volunteers,
and PMSV staff. PH&S Core Values of respect, excellence,

qualifications:
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 2 years Nursing experience in LTC, TCU or equivalent experience
