Description RN MDS Case Manager at Providence Mount St. Vincent The TC Case Management Nurse fulfills the Mission of Providence Health & Services in working with patients, families, volunteers, and PMSV staff. • upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• 2 years Nursing experience in LTC, TCU or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications:
