POSITION SUMMARY: The Racker is responsible for preparing, racking, and unracking aerospace parts for chemical processing. This position ensures all parts are handled carefully to prevent damage, meet quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Places parts on and off racks as needed. • Perform bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed. • Carefully hang, secure, and position parts on racks. • Unrack finished parts after processing and prepare them for inspection or next operation. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. • Team-oriented with good communications skills • Comfortable around chemical environment. ITAR REQUIREMENT: Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident). PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Sitting/Standing for prolonged periods of time • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. • Comfortable being exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas. • Good hand and eye coordination and movement.
