A university is filling a position for a Online Student Success
Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Collaborating with graduate students in thoughtful and creative
ways that guide and motivate them to reach their academic goals
Building and maintaining relationships with a focus on goal
setting
Building working relationships with other administrative units
Qualifications for this position include:
Ability to follow guidelines, structure and established policy
while working with others
Bachelor's degree in education, communication, or related field
Experience related understanding professional ethics in the coach
process
Ability to work with large populations of graduate students
2 years previous experience in one or more of the following:
customer service, advising, student recruitment/retention or
related student services
