Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Writer responsible for
managing proposal responses and collaborating with stakeholders to
meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the proposal process for mid-size, moderately complex RFPs,
serving as the main contact for stakeholders
Create and ensure adherence to proposal responses using Qvidian
software, collaborating with subject matter experts and
stakeholders
Review proposals for new questions and opportunities, and
facilitate meetings with sales teams to ensure accurate
representation of products and services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing,
Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS
diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of experience responding to proposals
Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work
visa or residency sponsorship
Experience with proposal management software such as Qvidian is
preferred
Project and/or process management experience is a plus
