seeking an associate to work within the U.S. High Yield Bonds Group
for a 2-year program. The Associate will participate in all
transaction functions and portfolio management activities.
Responsibilities Preparing detailed financial modeling; Performing
quantitative and qualitative analysis; Developing and maintaining
business and industry due diligence; Participating in deal
structuring, legal documentation and negotiations; and Monitoring
the performance of existing portfolio investments Qualifications
2-3 years experience as an analyst with a top investment bank
within merchant banking or leveraged finance. Outstanding financial
modeling and analytical skills Demonstrated competency in financial
statement analysis, business valuation, accounting and finance
Attributes The successful candidate will have outstanding
initiative and a strong work ethic; The candidate must have
excellent written and verbal communication skills; and He/She will
be team-oriented and must possess strong integrity and
professionalism Education Bachelor’s degree with honors from a top
university or college Base Salary Range $150,000 - $160,000 In
addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to
receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits
package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered
will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications,
industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and
