Job Description Job Description Junior Accountant - Temp to Hire Location: Century City, CA Industry: Entertainment Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00 hourly Our client, a dynamic and well-known entertainment company located in Century City, is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their accounting career who wants exposure to multiple aspects of the accounting cycle while working in a creative and fast-paced industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Receivable follow-up, including tracking payments, communicating with clients, and resolving outstanding items. Support light Accounts Payable, including invoice entry and vendor communication as needed. Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries from internal teams and external clients. Help maintain accurate and organized accounting records. Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and ad-hoc accounting tasks. Support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as assigned. Qualifications 1 years of accounting experience or internship experience; entertainment industry experience is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of AR and AP processes. Strong communication and customer service mindset. Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting software. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment.
